OUR WHY

In 1990, Rehema witnessed and lived through the very stressful marketing and impossible sale of her parents’ 4 bedroomed semi-detached house in Eccles, Greater Manchester. At the time, there was a severe credit crunch (remember Norman Lamont?) and buyers were in very short supply. Rehema then became acquainted with the term ”bridging loan” as her parents were forced to buy another house to house their growing brood of 6, a new job for Dad, redundancy for Mum, and life in general.

After several years on the market, the house was eventually “given away”. Rehema wondered if there was something she could do to help home buyers in the future? in 2015, Rehema was in similar situation to her parents in 1990, and this time she vowed to increase her knowledge, and find a win-win solution to the problem. This journey culminated in enough knowledge to try to help other in similar situation, and with With Brexit looming, Ridge property solutions was formed

VISION
